After years of working in construction and property development, we decided to embark on a new creative journey — sharing our passion for renovation and design through YouTube.

 

Our channel documents our adventures as we take on projects that inspire others to take that step toward making their dream holiday home a reality.

Our first series follows the transformation of a townhouse in a small village on the southern tip of Apulia, Italy — a place where we learned the ropes of YouTube while breathing new life into an old building. Now, in our second season, we're taking on an exciting new challenge: building a luxury villa on a wild, untouched piece of terrain in the heart of southern Puglia.

 

We've worked as a tight-knit team for many years, mainly building and renovating homes in Sweden and the UK. With decades of experience between us, we bring a unique blend of technical know-how, creativity, and a genuine passion for people and life.

Helen is a self-taught architect, qualified interior designer, and project coordinator with experience in large-scale residential developments. Carl is a highly skilled builder and contractor with decades of hands-on experience — a one-stop expert when it comes to making ideas come to life.
